By making a purchase through http://www.matthewquilliam.co.uk, you agree to the following terms & conditions. Here you will also find any other relevant information relating to a purchase.

1. Sale

  1. Depending on the product, your purchase may be managed either through WordPress, which will require you to create an account the first time you make a purchase, or through PayPal, where you can make a payment using your PayPal account or most credit or debit cards.
  2. The sale and shipment of physical goods is only available inside the UK. For rest of world inquiries, please contact us.
  3. Most merchandise items (especially physical goods) are limited edition and may never be available again once they have sold. However, if you would like to see an item return to the shop, please contact us to make your desires known, and should we get enough demand, we will consider making another batch.
  4. Please do not redistribute any original materials with any individual or group, for the proceeds of this sale directly support an independent artist. Any unauthorised redistribution therefore negatively impacts Matthew Quilliam and may prevent the continuation of this shop or the production of subsequent merchandise.

2. Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns are not accepted.
  2. Refunds of digital products are not available. Only physical goods are eligible for refunds. Should your digital product be faulty, please contact us.
  3. Refunds are only eligible for faulty, lost or damaged goods. Where appropriate, photographic evidence of fault or damage may be requested before refunds are approved.
  4. To request a refund, please contact us, stating your order reference, name and product.

3. Customer service

  1. We aim to provide the best customer service possible and take every order and customer with upmost respect.
  2. Though every effort is made to fulfill orders as quickly and conveniently as possible, our very small team may take up to 48 hours to respond.
  3. Should you feel the need to make a complaint, we are keen to listen to any and all constructive feedback so that we may improve our services.
  4. Violence or aggression towards our team will not be tolerated and any such behaviour may void your claim of a refund.

4. Collections

  1. For collection only items, please collect either from North Hampshire, UK (address provided after purchase) or request to collect at a gig or festival Matthew is attending. To see gigs, click here.
  2. You will be contacted to arrange a collection appointment.
  3. Items uncollected after 60 days may be relisted without refund.
