D-Day Show

Commemorate 80 years since d-day…

The beginning of the end of WWII, D-Day refers to the mass invasion of France also known as the Normandy landings on 6th June 1944. Thanks to the efforts of thousands of brave soldiers, the war in Europe would come to an end less than a year later.

Many great songs were written during the war to boost morale, most of which have stuck around since to become cultural favourites.

Enjoy a nostalgic musical journey through the songs that helped Britain win the war with favourites such as We’ll Meet Again, Roll out the Barrel, When I’m Cleaning Windows, It’s a Long Way to Tipperary, White Cliffs of Dover, Bless ‘Em All, Kiss Me Goodnight Sergeant Major and so many more!

This show will be a perfect hour of entertainment for those wishing to revisit the best of the period’s music.
